Teltherm 3CC 63 mm general purpose bi-metal thermometer, 0 to 120°C, with stainless steel case and 1/2″ BSP nickel-plated pocket.
The 3CC-0/120N, made in New Zealand by Teltherm Instruments, is a compact direct-mount dial thermometer for measuring the temperature of liquids and gases. It suits pipelines, tanks and plant machinery. The sensor stem runs straight out the back of the case (co-axial), so the dial faces outward when the thermometer is fitted into a pipe or vessel.
Fast, Accurate Response
The sensor stem is nickel-plated copper alloy, which conducts heat well to the bi-metal element inside. The stem is a close-tolerance fit inside its clip-on pocket, which improves heat transfer from the process to the sensor. Accuracy is ±1% of full scale.
Durable Construction
The case and bezel are AISI 304 stainless steel with a glass window. The dial is white-finished aluminium with black print, and is easy to read.
0 to 120°C Range with Nickel-Plated Pocket
The dial reads 0 to 120°C in 1°C divisions, which covers most hot water, heating and general process duties. The thermometer comes with a 1/2″ BSP nickel-plated copper alloy pocket (thermowell), so it can be removed without draining the line or vessel.
