The SPT21WF is a fully sealed submersible level transmitter featuring a highly stable, high-reliability piezoresistive pressure sensor and precision signal conditioning circuitry, all housed within a stainless steel body. Its integrated design and standard output signal make for straight forward installation and operation in the field. The unit is terminated with a dedicated cable and fully welded housing construction, making it suitable for long-term submersion.

The SPT21WF incorporates a double-flange sensor diaphragm design that maximises contact with the measured liquid, eliminating the pressure port clogging issues common in conventional submersible transmitters. The additional mass provided by the double-flange construction also helps to keep the probe stable and correctly positioned during operation.

Typical Application Areas:

Submersible level measurement in sewage, slurry and other aggressive liquid applications. The IP68-rated stainless steel housing and double-flange anti-clog diaphragm design make it well suited to wastewater treatment, pump stations, sumps and industrial process vessels where conventional submersible transmitters may suffer blockage or instability.
