The SMALL cable float switch configuration from MAC3 is the smallest version and also has a higher switch current rating than the other configurations. A round shape with a small head is best for applications in small pits and tanks. The Neoprene cable is the most versatile configuration suitable for general water and wastewater applications including when there is a presence of fats, oils and/or grease.

Also available in a version certified IECEx suitable for Zone II Hazardous Environments such as car park storm water pits.

Stocked in the model 53 (SGM) with 3 wire configuration (change over contact), suitable for filling and emptying applications. Stocked with cable lengths shown in the list. Other lengths can be available under special order.

The minimum working distance between the SMALL level regulator and the fixing point is 20 cm. The optional counterweight can be purchased to eliminate the need for fixing the cable inside the tank or pit.

Typical Application Areas:

Sewage and waste pit pump control where hydrocarbon contaminants are present such as oils, grease and fats. Also, in car parks drainage which require Zone II certification.
