The EchoPod DL24 is a general purpose ultrasonic multi-function level transmitter providing continuous level measurement up to 3m (9.8′) with a 4–20 mA signal output and four relays, configured via Flowline’s free WebCal software. Each relay is fully configurable for automatic fill, empty or alarm functions, and the embedded level controller may lower cost by replacing external control hardware. The level sensor has 4 programmable relays with selectable hysteresis and fail-safe logic, and is ideally suited for corrosive, sticky or dirty liquids across a wide range of day tank, skid, IBC, sump and process tank level applications.

 

The DL24 steps up from the DL14 with an extended 3m measuring range and a wider 100mm (4″) dead band, making it well suited to taller tanks and vessels where the shorter-range DL14 would not reach. Both configurations feature a 1″ G (BSP) process connection and ship with a 1.2m (48″) cable. The DL24-11 bundle includes the Fob USB adapter required for sensor configuration via WebCal software — ideal where on-site configuration, re-ranging, or relay programming is needed. The DL24-10 is supplied without the Fob, suited to applications where configuration has already been completed or the Fob is already held on-site.

  • 2 pumps duplexing with 2 alarms
  • 4 independent switch point alarms
• Narrow 50mm (2″) beam width and short 100mm (4″) dead band
• PVDF transducer and Type 6P polycarbonate enclosure for corrosive liquids
• Automatic temperature compensation for accurate measurement
• Fast and easy configuration via free WebCal PC software and USB Fob adapter
• Configurable signal fail-safe: 4 mA, 20 mA, 21 mA, 22 mA or hold last
• Relay contact fail-safe configurable: power loss hold last; echo loss open, close or hold last
• Selectable relay hysteresis
• CE, RoHS compliant; cFMus approved

 

Note: The Fob USB adapter (included with DL24-11) is required for initial configuration, relay programming or re-ranging via WebCal software. Fobs are universal and compatible with any WebCal-compatible Flowline sensor. If purchased separately, the Fob is Flowline P/N LI99-1001.
