FP‑AS510 Paddlewheel Flow Meter

Technology: Patented AxleSense® high‑accuracy paddlewheel sensing (120 signals per revolution)

Installation: In‑line pipe segment (vertical or horizontal)

Display: Dual‑screen with 5‑digit LED + 3‑colour backlit LCD

Flow Direction: Bidirectional (positive, negative & net flow)

Flow Velocity: ±0.3 to 10 m/s (extendable to ±0.15 m/s)

Protection: IP66 enclosure rating

 

Materials:

Device housing: PC + glass fibre

Paddle: PVDF or PPH with embedded magnet + ceramic bearing/shaft

Body: UPVC, PPH, PVDF, or 316L stainless steel

Seals: Viton, EPDM or FEPM
